Lloyd Laboratories Inc. manufactures non-sterile products in liquid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms, powders/granules for solution/ suspension, tablets, capsules and pessaries being done in the Manufacturing 1 area and soon sterile products in ampule and vial. The plant boasts of manufacturing co-amoxiclav products and dry powder inhalations (DPI).
Cosmetic and household products are manufactured on the third floor of Manufacturing 1 building. Separate building for Betalactam, Cephalosporin and Steroid products are being manufactured. A space of at least 4 meters separate the different buildings that contain these operations.

Mouth-Dissolving Tablet Pharmaceutical actives’ are enclosed in a specialized dosage form suitable for fast absorption in the buccal region. Tablet in Capsule Pharmaceutical actives’ in tablet are enclosed in another capsule for modification of drug release or for protection purposes. Pellet Technology Pharmaceutical actives’ are micronized to smaller particles to exhibit property of pellets useful in drug modification release or taste masking of the active. Taste Masking Technology Pharmaceutical actives’ taste property are coated to mask unnecessary taste of actives specially of higher generation actives. Contract repacking of solid and liquid products is also being done in the plant. The laboratory is open to do contract repacking for all product lines. Packaging operations available for tablets and capsules are bottle, strip, blister, alu-alu and tropical packaging. Liquid, creams and powders can be packed in bottles and sachets
